The format

A proven format for real conversation.

Every Candidly Speaking event follows the same structure, designed to create the conditions where honest dialogue and genuine connection can happen.

A warm welcome
Each event begins with a brief introduction and explanation of what to expect, so every voice is welcomed before the real conversation starts.
Small facilitated groups
Participants move into small breakout groups of 4 to 5 people, guided by a trained facilitator who keeps dialogue constructive and real.
Questions from participants
Questions are drawn from real submissions by participants, so the conversation always reflects what people in the room actually want to talk about.
